Step By Step Guide

Account Registration

- Go to the PassTo website: https://passtocredit.io
- Click "Register" button at the top-right corner of the homepage
- Input your phone number
- Acquire the captcha code
- Set a unique password for your login
- Click "OK" to finish the registration

Card Application

- Go to the PassTo Login Page: /en-US/login
- Choose the credit card type you want to apply for
- Fill out personal information (such as name, gender, nationality, etc.)
- Submit photos of a valid ID card/passport/driving license (front and back)
- Submit information on the ID card/passport/driving license expiration date and date of birth
- Choose to apply for a physical card
- Fill out the address to receive the credit card
- Select the preferred language for receiving promotional messages
- Agree to the terms and conditions, consent to the collection of personal information, and agree to receive marketing messages
- Click "Submit Application
- The approval process generally takes up to 2 business days
- After receiving approval via text message, log in to the website to pay the card fee
- Once the card fee is received, the card will be sent out

Collateral Financing (Securities,Properties or Precious Metal)

- Confirm the credit card is activated

Credit application : Send relevant collateral documents by email to [email protected] Please indicate "Personal Credit Application" in the title. Those who pledge physical precious metals can also inquire about the credit limit and schedule settlement details via email.
Securities collateral - Provide physical securities documents
Property collateral - Provide the official deed of the properties
Precious metal collateral - Delivery at designated location
- Credit approval: Customer service will reply via email with the results of the review of the credit amount. When reviewing the collateral, the total credit amount can be referred to as the maximum credit limit of 60% of the market value of stocks, 20% of the market value of properties, 80% of the market value of precious metals, etc.
- Credit confirmation: Sign the loan contract and submit original documents

PassTo supports users to adjust their daily spending limit and daily ATM withdrawal limit on their own:
- Platinum cardholders can enjoy a daily spending limit of up to 200,000 HKD and a daily ATM withdrawal limit of up to 200,000 HKD.
- World Elite cardholders can enjoy a daily spending limit of up to 5,000,000 HKD and a daily ATM withdrawal limit of up to 5,000,000 HKD.

What to do if the binding of Alipay or WeChat fails, or if there are issues during payment?

- If the binding of Alipay fails or payment fails, please click on the "Risk Control Removal Tutorial" and upload a screenshot of the PassTo homepage. Alternatively, contact Alipay customer service and declare that this card is a virtual card, and wait for it to be unblocked.
- If the binding of WeChat fails or payment fails, first contact WeChat customer service to make a complaint. Usually, uploading a screenshot of your PassTo personal account page (with your personal pinyin name) should suffice. The annual fees and administrative charges for all credit cards are non-refundable. Customers who wish to request a refund for their purchases must contact the merchant directly and the refund will be returned to the original payment channel. Due to international settlement procedures, the refund process may take 3-7 business days.
Why was my payment deducted successfully even though the transaction failed?
This may happen when there is a communication failure between the third-party payment system and the Mastercard clearing gateway. Although the payment appears to have been deducted, it is only a pre-authorization freeze. The refund process will take 3-7 business days to be returned to the original payment channel.
